Electrical outlets for furniture, intelligent office management solutions and a new product portfolio were presented by our new customer from East Westphalia, A. & H. Meyer at the interzum in Cologne.

We were allowed to create the appropriate stage for presentation and communication and in the course of this we built a 228 sq m large open booth in hall 10.2. By using a circulating ceiling banner we ensured a good long-distance effect for the trade fair visitors. We also converted the two hall columns and were able to use this additional space for advertising purposes.

Our joinery manufactured ten presentation steles for the different fields of application. The fronts were equipped with an exhibit panel, exhibit tables and in certain cases with a 27″ touch monitor. Tension frames for digital prints on fabric were installed on the back. The presentation steles were placed on the aisle sides and attracted the attention of many visitors. In the middle of the booth, we created sufficient space for target-oriented exchanges between exhibitors and visitors by using lounge sofas.

In addition, a closed meeting room was set up for longer undisturbed conversations. We also integrated a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate storage and a relaxation room in the cabin area of the booth.
