For the Cotta Group, we converted a former warehouse on more than 8,400 sq m and created a permanent exhibition to showcase their brands and collections. The 6-month period for the entire completion was also determined by the pandemic, so we had to face additional challenges. After more than 9,500 assembly hours, however, the extension was completed in September in time for the MOW and the exhibition was officially opened.

Despite some pandemic-related hurdles, we managed to successfully complete this project and hand it over to our satisfied customer. We wish the Cotta Group every success in the use of this magnificent hall, thank them for their unreserved trust and look forward to being able to support them in future conversion projects.
