For our customer Schneider, a leading company in vehicle and container technology, we designed a modern and functional exhibition booth at the IAA Transportation 2024. Our aim was to present the Schneider brand in the best possible way and at the same time create an inviting environment for discussions and presentations.

Schneider’s trade fair booth includes a 4-meter high highwall and a lightwall, both wall systems from our pool. In addition, we carefully decorated these walls with Schneider graphics and exhibits to visually emphasize the products and corporate design. As a result, the wall constructions not only create a strong visual presence, but also provide a practical framework for presenting the company’s exhibits in the best possible way.

Schneider used the generous stand space at the IAA to impressively showcase its large exhibits. The vehicles and container technology products took center stage and were perfectly integrated into the overall design of the booth. This gave visitors a comprehensive insight into the company’s capabilities.

We rely on high-quality rental furniture to furnish the booth. This included comfortable seating tables, chairs and our stylish “New York” counter, which gave the booth a modern and functional look. The entire catering area was equipped with our rental solutions to ensure that everything ran smoothly during the event.

To create a quiet and inviting area for longer conversations and meetings, we integrated a separate seating area in the middle of the booth. This area is framed by decorative planters with bamboo grass. This design gives the booth a relaxed atmosphere and allows Schneider to engage with their visitors in a pleasant environment.

A highlight of the trade fair booth was the 65-inch monitor placed on the wall. This monitor enabled Schneider to show its products and services in high-quality presentations and videos. A large ceiling banner also complemented the presentation. This banner not only drew visitors’ attention to the booth from afar, but also cleverly concealed a pillar of the exhibition hall that was located on the booth space.

With this customized trade fair booth solution, we created an optimal presentation for Schneider. It combines functionality, design and technology and is perfectly tailored to the requirements of the IAA and the vehicle and container technology sector.
