Oltrogge’s booth at PaintExpo in Karlsruhe

We had the opportunity to design a custom exhibition booth for our client Oltrogge at PaintExpo in Karlsruhe. Spanning 48 square meters, the modern L-shaped booth seamlessly combines functionality, brand visibility, and high-quality product presentation.

The focus was on creating an open and inviting design so that visitors could spot the booth from a distance. To achieve this, a large ceiling banner was incorporated, ensuring maximum visibility from afar at PaintExpo. In addition, a graphically designed back wall and a high-quality 3D logo reinforced Oltrogge’s brand presence and ensured a professional appearance.

The exhibition booth was equipped with a black lighting truss, which effectively highlighted the booth’s industrial character. At the same time, the lighting ensured optimal illumination of all display areas. A raised platform was used to further emphasize specific areas. In addition, we integrated a practical booth that was seamlessly incorporated into the booth design, both functionally and visually.

To ensure that Oltrogge’s trade fair booth was both inviting and functional, we provided various rental items. These included a modern counter with a coffee bar and bar stools, several high tables with seating, and three monitors for displaying products and content. Decorative elements such as rugs and picture frames further contributed to a pleasant atmosphere and a high-quality overall look.

A particular highlight at the Oltrogge booth was the custom-made furniture crafted in our in-house carpentry workshop. This included a wall-mounted railing made of maritime pine and two custom-built display platforms for product presentation. We also produced additional accessories to ensure the exhibits were displayed to their best advantage and to give the booth a cohesive overall look.

Among the most eye-catching elements were the spray guns suspended from the ceiling, as they showcased the products in a particularly attention-grabbing way. The concept was complemented by a vintage-style workbench, provided by the client, which gave the booth an authentic feel. In addition, a popcorn machine attracted more visitors and sparked casual conversations at the booth. Various postcard holders on the metal frame further rounded out the custom booth design.

With this booth at PaintExpo in Karlsruhe, Oltrogge was able to present its products and services in a modern, high-quality, and eye-catching way. The project demonstrates how custom booth design brings brands to life while ensuring a successful trade fair appearance.
