NTT DATA’s Booth at LogiMAT
We created a compact yet impactful exhibition booth for NTT DATA at LogiMAT. In Stuttgart, we built a modern 40-square-meter booth that impressed visitors with its clean design, high-quality materials, and custom solutions, effectively showcasing the brand.
The goal of the booth concept was to create an open, inviting atmosphere despite the limited space, while also providing sufficient room for conversations, presentations, and networking. The combination of architecture, rental elements, and custom-made details played a decisive role in achieving this.
Well-designed booth construction with a clear layout
The foundation of the exhibition booth was a high-quality raised floor, which clearly defined the space while creating a pleasant sense of height. The architecture was complemented by a striking column enclosure that visually structured the booth and, as a design element, underscored NTT DATA’s brand identity.
An integrated booth provided functional private spaces and storage without compromising the stand’s overall open feel.
Flexible rental elements for a welcoming atmosphere
Various rental elements were used to furnish the exhibition booth at LogiMAT, creating a comfortable and modern space:
- Booth furnishings for functional use in the background
- Decorative boxes with bamboo rods as a design highlight
- Bar stools for the interactive counter area
- Side tables for flexible conversation settings
- Comfortable armchairs for relaxed customer and consultation meetings
The combination of natural materials and modern furniture ensured a pleasant atmosphere and an open environment for conversation.
Media Technology and Graphic Design
An important component of the booth design was the integrated AV technology. Multiple monitors enabled the targeted presentation of content and supported communication at the booth both visually and interactively.
The entire stand area was also designed with a large-scale fabric covering featuring custom graphics. This created a calm, high-quality visual effect that clearly conveyed NTT DATA’s brand message and brought a sense of visual calm to the trade show environment.
Custom design elements with high brand recognition
A particular highlight of the project was the custom-designed elements that gave the exhibition booth at LogiMAT its distinctive look. A unified design language and coordinated materials created a consistent overall appearance that flowed harmoniously throughout all areas of the booth.
These included, among other things, a striking counter solution serving as a central focal point, as well as a coordinating slatted ceiling element that visually capped the stand and created a strong visual impact from a distance. The concept was complemented by a designed back wall featuring integrated greenery elements and illuminated lettering accents, which created a modern yet natural contrast.
Together with the architecture, these elements formed a consistent design language and ensured high brand recognition for the booth within the trade show environment.
