Pop-up store in LOOM Bielefeld – A unique Christmas project for the Stadtwerke Group
The Stadtwerke Group, under the management of BiTel, has come up with something very special for the Christmas season. With an innovative pop-up store in the popular LOOM shopping center in Bielefeld, an opportunity was created to strengthen proximity to customers and increase brand presence. Our team was responsible for the entire development and organization of this exciting project.
The pop-up store covers an area of 82.5 sqm. With a modern design that is both practical and visually appealing, it offers visitors a welcoming environment. The aim was to create an atmosphere that inspires and at the same time makes the brand visible. This clearly sets this project apart from traditional exhibition stands.
A well thought-out concept with attention to detail
For the temporary interior fit-out of the pop-up store, we carefully thought through all the elements to achieve an optimum combination of functionality and attractive design. The floor was designed with carpet on stable installation panels, creating a high-quality base. In addition, the walls were individually constructed and laminated with special foils to visually enhance the space and perfectly showcase the brand.
Particularly noteworthy are the custom-made special designs that we produced exclusively for this pop-up store:
- Drinking water station: practical and at the same time an attractive service for visitors.
- Shelving and table elements: efficient and space-saving solutions that make optimum use of the space and invite you to linger.
- Touchscreen base frame: Ideal for interactive applications that actively involve customers.
- Packing and collection station: Perfect for offering visitors a useful service in the stressful pre-Christmas period.
- Photo station: Visitors were able to take a souvenir photo in front of the festively decorated Polar Express in the LOOM and pick it up later in the pop-up store.
- Competition station: An interactive highlight that attracts attention and involves visitors in a playful way.
In addition, modern rental furniture and technical equipment were integrated to add functionality to the space. These included bar stools, large monitors, a multi-touch monitor, a mini computer, a wardrobe and a refrigerator. Decorative elements also created a pleasant atmosphere that invited visitors to linger.
Graphic design as a real eye-catcher
Particular attention was paid to the visual design of the store, which plays a central role in the overall impression. The walls were given individually designed graphics, which were laminated with high-quality films to create a professional and elegant appearance.
In addition, the spherical displays hanging from the ceiling immediately caught the eye. These eye-catchers, designed on both sides, attracted attention with their striking placement. In addition, the individual stations were provided with clear plots that not only provided orientation but also emphasized the structure of the store. Even the glass doors were given an attractive lamination, which rounded off the professional overall impression.
More than just a pop-up store
The store in the LOOM is much more than a classic presentation area. With its interactive stations and sophisticated design, it offers a genuine brand experience. Visitors can not only explore products and services, but also get in direct contact with the brand. Be it through the gift-wrapping service, the prize draw station or digital touchscreen elements – the store invites you to join in.
Thanks to the flexible interior design, the space can be used in a variety of ways and offers a creative platform to make the brand innovative and visible. Especially during the busy Christmas period, when the shopping center is full of visitors, the pop-up store proves to be the perfect opportunity to engage the target group and create an inviting, festive atmosphere.
