For our client BeyondTrust, we had the privilege of creating an impressive exhibition booth with a floor space of 79.21 m² at it-sa. The modern peninsula booth impressed with its harmonious overall concept combining design, functionality, and brand impact – perfectly tailored to the client’s corporate identity.

The booth construction was based on a clear, modern structure. Black lighting trusses and a platform floor with high-quality laminate ensured a professional look, while a four-meter-high back wall with an integrated cabin provided depth and functionality. Three large light boxes provided targeted lighting accents, and revised customer elements such as the demo stele and a shelving unit were harmoniously integrated into the overall concept.

We also placed great importance on quality and design when it came to the furnishings. Most of the furniture came from our rental inventory, including bar tables, bar stools, and all the cabin furnishings. A particular highlight was our newly developed “Milano” trade fair counter, manufactured in our in-house carpentry workshop. With its clean design and high-quality materials, it became the central eye-catcher of the stand. The concept was complemented by white plant boxes, which gave the trade fair stand a natural and friendly atmosphere.

The graphic design contributed significantly to the strong brand presence. The back wall was covered with fabric banners and light boxes, while BeyondTrust’s striking 3D logo ensured high recognition. High-quality prints on aluminum Dibond panels, complemented by black frames and hanging plants, gave the booth a harmonious, modern look. This combination of light, color, and natural elements made the presentation both lively and brand-strong.

Another highlight was the sophisticated integration of AV technology. Behind the counter, monitors of various sizes were arranged in a mosaic pattern—also from our rental inventory. This creative solution added movement to the overall picture and perfectly showcased BeyondTrust’s digital content.

With this project, we were able to demonstrate how an exhibition booth can be individually planned and constructed to be both functional and visually appealing. The BeyondTrust exhibition booth at it-sa is a successful example of modern booth design, high-quality materials, and well-thought-out brand presentation—from conception and booth construction to graphic implementation.
