Hometex Summer 2026: Successful stand construction at the Bad Salzuflen Exhibition Centre

True to its name, Hometex Summer 2026 certainly lived up to its title: with temperatures well above 30 degrees, it was a real test for both exhibitors and visitors alike. Yet nobody let the summer heat dampen their spirits. On the contrary, the fair was exceptionally well attended throughout, discussions at the stands were lively, and the atmosphere across the entire site at the Bad Salzuflen Exhibition Centre was decidedly positive. The new visitor record impressively underlines that Hometex loses none of its appeal, even in the height of summer.

During Hometex Summer 2026, we completed a total of 142 projects across a fitted-out area of 9,850 sqm. The scope ranged from small-scale installations to individually designed and custom-built exhibition stands. We are also particularly pleased that we were able to impress 13 new clients with our work and secure them for future projects.

Our services covered all areas of modern exhibition stand construction, from planning through to implementation. Throughout, the focus was always on quality, functionality and a compelling brand presence for our clients.

Each exhibition stand was individually tailored to our clients’ requirements. We provided a wide range of services from a single source, including:

• Flooring
• Wall construction
• Lighting trusses
• Graphics such as prints, 3D logos and fabric banners
• Bespoke items from our in-house joinery workshop

The result was exhibition stands that perfectly combined functionality and design, enabling exhibitors to present a professional image at Hometex.

In addition to the traditional exhibition stands, we created three catering areas with a total floor space of 1,383 sqm for SCM – Service Centre Messe Bad Salzuflen, the exhibition centre’s official catering and service partner.

SCM was responsible for all catering during Hometex Summer 2026 and also organised the popular trade fair party. As in previous years, both the culinary selection and the organisation were a resounding success across the board. The numerous visitors were treated to delicious food, first-class service and an all-round successful evening event. A big thank you to the entire SCM team for their excellent collaboration.

We are already looking forward to supporting the next Hometex at the Bad Salzuflen Exhibition Centre as the general fit-out contractor and once again bringing individual exhibition stands and creative exhibition concepts to life.
