On July 1, 2025, we took an important step in our corporate succession: Fabian Räker took over the position of managing director and now forms our new dual leadership team together with Armin Hollensteiner. Over the next twelve months, Armin will gradually hand over his responsibilities to Fabian before retiring in July 2026 after more than 40 years in management. However, he will remain associated with our company as a shareholder alongside Thomas Kroll.

Armin is delighted to have found “a committed and competent successor in Fabian.” He recognized Fabian’s potential early on and prepared the company so that Fabian could identify with his new role. With Fabian at the helm and our professional team in the background, he is confident that the company will remain a leading name in live communication in the future.

Fabian is taking on his new role “with a sense of responsibility, motivation, and drive” and emphasizes how valuable the opportunity for a joint transition phase is. For him, the key to a successful generational change lies in “communication on equal terms—coupled with absolute transparency and honest exchange.” Together with Armin and our team, he wants to further build on our strengths, drive innovation, and secure our position in the market for the long term.

We see this change not only as a change in leadership, but also as an opportunity to combine experience and fresh ideas. We want to use the coming years to further develop our company together, boldly tackle new projects, and at the same time preserve the values that have shaped formdrei for decades.
