Together we looked back on 40 years
On September 12, 2025, the time had finally come: we celebrated our 40th company anniversary. Long-standing customers, suppliers, partners, companions, and, of course, our employees gathered at the atmospheric Hechelei in Bielefeld to look back on four decades of shared history and look ahead to the future.
A special start with two videos
The celebrations kicked off with two emotional highlights on the big screen:
An anniversary trailer that told the story of our company’s development from its beginnings to the present day. This clearly showed how much passion, team spirit, and innovative strength have shaped our history.
This was followed by moving congratulations from our long-standing partners and companions, who shared their personal memories and best wishes in video messages. We were deeply touched by this appreciation, which once again demonstrated how strong the connection to our customers and suppliers is.
Culinary diversity from Grillwerk 2.0
Of course, there was no shortage of culinary delights. Two food trucks from Grillwerk 2.0 treated our guests to freshly prepared burgers and crispy fries. A colorful salad buffet and delicious finger food from Sygusch rounded off the culinary offerings. The relaxed atmosphere encouraged guests to strike up conversations, share memories, and raise a glass together.
Magic, review, and outlook
Magician Philo Kotnik brought smiles and amazement to our guests, enchanting them with a mixture of wit, charm, and illusion.
This was followed by a special moment: Managing Director Armin Hollensteiner spoke about the company’s founding with Karl-Heinz Wohletz and Thomas Kroll, about important milestones and about the development of our company. Looking to the future, he also introduced his successor, Fabian Räker, to whom he will hand over the management of the company in the coming years.
Creativity and memories – the highlights of the celebration
Two special attractions were the highlights of the evening:
- Our photo box, which provided fun and countless personal souvenir photos. Many guests took their snapshots home with them as souvenirs or stuck them in our guest book.
- An impressive 2×2 meter photo wall, made in our in-house carpentry workshop, which was decorated with selected pictures from the last 40 years. From special work situations to company events and private moments, it showed the most beautiful chapters in our company’s history – a wall full of emotions that provided many guests with topics of conversation and joy.
In addition, our employees surprised us with a very special gift: a detailed replica of a mini trade fair stand, printed in 3D and complete with an illuminated anniversary logo. A creative symbol of team spirit and gratitude.

This celebration was more than just an anniversary. It was a sign of appreciation and a reminder of how important people are to success. Without our loyal customers, strong partners, and dedicated employees, this 40-year success story would not have been possible.
